Outdoor Nature Therapy Session

80 minute session: $190
50 minute session: $160

We will meet in a mutually agreed upon location, like a park or trail to experience the support of nature in therapeutic processes. We can walk and talk, sit in chairs or on blankets, and incorporate different interventions to explore how Nature-Informed Therapy works best for you.
*This can only be booked after at least 1 virtual session (either intake, counseling, or yoga). Book a discovery call to find out more information. If you are unable to pay $190 for a nature session, please contact Kate so they can work out a sliding scale fee for you.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please call, text, or email Kate at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Nature sessions are in person so if you are feeling under the weather or have been around anyone who is sick, please reach out to reschedule. Kate is covid-conscious and takes their health very seriously. If you are hesitant to reschedule due to the cancellation fees, please let Kate know and they will work it out with you.
There is no fee for the first late cancellation and it resets every 6 months.
There is no fee if you are able to reschedule for another appointment in the same week.
There is no fee if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.
If you do not notify Kate and miss the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the price of the session you scheduled for - this is considered a no show.
Canceling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the price of the session you scheduled for.
