Initial Counseling Intake

75-Minute Virtual Counseling Intake: $200

First session where Kate will gather background information about why are you seeking therapy and what you are hoping to get from therapy. The intake is longer than typical sessions because 60 minutes is just not enough time to gather all the information that you may want to share upon meeting. Extra time allows us to connect human to human with more ease. *Discovery call required

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please call, text, or email Kate at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. There is no fee for the first late cancellation and it resets every 6 months. There is no fee if you are able to reschedule for another appointment in the same week. There is no fee if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify Kate and miss the appointment, you will be charged $100 - this is considered a no show. Canceling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the price of the session you scheduled for. *Life can be stressful at inconvenient times. If you would like to schedule an additional urgent session before your next regularly scheduled weekly or biweekly appointment, those sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $75. The cancellation policy applies the same to additional sessions. If you no show an urgent session, you will be charged the full $75.
