Education and Certifications

Kate holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Towson University. Kate also completed their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and has many years of facilitating experience. One of the things Kate values most about the field of mental health is the necessity to always be learning and evolving.
