Service Description
Varied Pricing: $150 - 60 minute session $125 - 50 minute session $75 - 45 minute additional/urgent session Weekly or biweekly therapy sessions that are tailored to your needs depending on what you are seeking to get out of therapy. Contact kate@theiawellness.com to schedule or reschedule. Superbills can be provided. FSA/HSA eligible.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please call, text, or email Kate at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. There is no fee for the first late cancellation and it resets every 6 months. There is no fee if you are able to reschedule for another appointment in the same week. There is no fee if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify Kate and miss the appointment, you will be charged $100 - this is considered a no show. of the price of the session you scheduled for Canceling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the price of the session you scheduled for. *Life can be stressful at inconvenient times. If you would like to schedule an additional urgent session before your next regularly scheduled weekly or biweekly appointment, those sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $75. The cancellation policy applies the same to additional sessions. If you no show an urgent session, you will be charged the full $75.
